The Bibliothekartag will take place over three days, from 16 to 18 June as a virtual congress in addition there will be live streams on two days (16 & 17.06.) a small circle of participants can join these live streams on site in Bremen. The companies will present themselves virtually.

The Bibliothekartag 2021 will take place on three days as a virtual congress, and in parallel on two days streamed live and for a small group of participants on site in Bremen.
In addition, the following measures are planned:
The focus is on the AHA formula – that is: keep your distance, observe hygiene and wear an everyday mask (mouth-nose covering).
We appeal to everyone’s personal responsibility to observe the recognized distance rules and a no-handshake policy.
Registration for all participants will be done online, on-site registration will not be possible this year.
All name badges for on-site participation will be sent by mail about 2 weeks in advance, please note this when entering your address in the online registration form.
If the printout of the name badge on-site is required, this will be done contactless via QR code (cell phone, printout).
Access to the live streaming rooms
The entrances and exits will be separated from each other, please pay attention to the signs, barriers and floor markings.
Hand disinfectant dispensers will be available in the access areas and all public foyers and toilets.
Symptomatic persons are not allowed to enter the congress center.
All lecture rooms are equipped with chairs in compliance with the required minimum distances.
If possible, the entrances and exits of the lecture rooms are separated from each other.
The company exhibition will be built with an aisle width of 4 meters. In addition, there will be a guidance system through the company exhibition, i.e. the entrances and exits will also be separated from each other.
Mouth and nose protection
In general, mouth and nose protection must be worn at entrances and exits, in the foyers, during breaks and at the food stands.
