The Bibliothekartag 2021 is planned as a presence event (with virtual components) in compliance with the given distance and security measures.
The focus is on the AHA formula – that is: keep your distance, observe hygiene and wear an everyday mask (mouth-nose covering).
We appeal to everyone’s personal responsibility to observe the recognized distance rules and a no-handshake policy.
In addition, the following measures are planned:
To avoid queues in the registration area, all participants are asked to register online in advance for participation in the congress. On-site registration should be avoided.
All name badges will be sent by mail approximately 4 weeks in advance. Please note this when providing your address in the online registration form.
Should it be necessary to print out the name badge on-site, this will be done contactless via a QR code (cell phone, printout).
In the entrance area, lanyards for the name badges will be hung up at various points.
Access to the congress center
The entrances and exits will be separated from each other, please pay attention to the signs, barriers and floor markings.
Hand disinfectant dispensers will be available in the access areas and all public foyers and toilets.
Symptomatic persons are not allowed to enter the congress center.
All lecture rooms are equipped with chairs in compliance with the required minimum distances.
If possible, the entrances and exits of the lecture rooms are separated from each other.
The company exhibition will be built with an aisle width of 4 meters. In addition, there will be a guidance system through the company exhibition, i.e. the entrances and exits will also be separated from each other.
Mouth and nose protection
In general, mouth and nose protection must be worn at entrances and exits, in the foyers, during breaks and at the food stands.
Up-to-date information on all protective measures and data collection measures taken at the event location will always be available here and will also be sent to you in advance with the name badge.
